Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 399 across India.

To confirm a COD order, customers are required to pay 40% of the total order value in advance at the time of placing the order. The remaining 60% amount is payable upon delivery.

COD orders will be processed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time for most orders is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier network availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delays in Transit

While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, certain factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays during transit.

In such cases, Garhwalvasi will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and ensure successful delivery of your order. In rare situations, we may arrange a replacement shipment if required.

Please note that delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, natural events, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to help you monitor the status of your shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@garhwalvasi.com along with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

Our team will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Refund Policy.
