ORDERING AND DISPATCH

Orders can be placed directly through our website.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation and payment verification.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay 40% of the total order value in advance at the time of placing the order. The remaining 60% amount is payable upon delivery. COD orders will be processed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, or any other legitimate business reason. In such cases, any amount received from the customer will be refunded.

PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

We strive to ensure that all pricing information displayed on our website is accurate. In the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund or contact the customer regarding the correction before dispatch.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 399 across India.

Delivery timelines generally range between 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier network availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Garhwalvasi shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, ingredients, specifications, and other relevant information on our website.

However, actual product appearance, packaging, colour, or design may vary slightly from the images displayed due to manufacturing updates, lighting conditions, or screen settings.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
